North Beach Ventnor is a vibrant seaside beach community at the New Jersey shore. Our neighborhood is in beautiful Ventnor, New Jersey, located between Atlantic City and Margate. Our neighborhood begins at the south side of Jackson Avenue and ends at the north side of Surrey Avenue, from beach to bay. We have beautiful, wide, clean beaches and scenic bays, charming old stately homes, contemporary and new construction homes of all sizes, townhomes and high rise and mid rise condominiums. Our oceanfront boardwalk is loved by all.
Our community is home to fabulous restaurants, the newly restored Ventnor Square Theater, stores of all kinds, and year-round activities. From local art and gifts to ice cream, bicycles and karaoke, North Beach has the perfect blend of activities, relaxation and beach living for people of all ages.
The North Beach Ventnor Residents Association is made up of residents (full time, part time, owners and renters) dedicated to community friendship, support, activities and pride in North Beach. Established in 2008, the Association hosts numerous social events (for both members and non-members) throughout the year, participates in Ventnor and area celebrations and events, maintains our beautiful lifeguard boat, banners and flags, designs and sells branded merchandise, grants a $2,000 annual college scholarship, promotes neighborhood and friendship and so much more.
It all began…
…in 2008 when a small group of North Beach residents got together to discuss the promotion and branding of the neighborhood they loved so much. These residents set up an initial meeting and over 50 people attended. Ideas flowed and the North Beach Ventnor Residents Association was born!
Over the years, the community has become an extended family. Our neighborhood has expanded and grown into the “go-to” neighborhood on Absecon Island. Businesses are thriving, homes have been purchased, renovated and built, restaurants, stores and services are thriving, the Ventnor Square Theater is a local gem and we have seen a neighborhood renaissance above and beyond what the original organizers could have imagined.

Events
There are several North Beach events throughout the year, especially during the summer months. Join us for our annual Meet & Greet event, BBQs, annual Porch Party, Subs on a Tub Sunset Cruise, Holiday Luncheon and Ventnor Holiday Parade, Nights of Music as well as casual and sometimes pop-up events in and around North Beach.
Scholarship
NBVRA offers an annual $2,000 scholarship to a North Beach resident graduating high school and planning to attend college or a technical or trade post-high school program. Help us to give valuable financial resources to a North Beach student by donating to our scholarship fund.
